JQ-1530CP

For metal processing industry, JQ developed a special type of multifunctional fiber laser cutting machine--JQ1530CP, which can not only process tube and plate at same time, but also hes exchangeable work platform. This type is mainly for plate cutting and partly for tube cutting.

Exchange platform

Through staggered layer exchange platform and switching motor controlled by frequency converter, The work bed can be exchanged within 15s.

High precision chucks

The chuck is divided into 2 pneumatic full stroke chucks, front and rear, the rear chuck is movable (Y axis) and the front chuck is fixed. The rear chuck is mounted on the bed for cutting and clamping the feeding material, and the front chuck is mounted on the end of the bed for clamping the material used. The front and rear chucks are driven by servo motor respectively, which can realize synchronous rotation.
