Movement of each axis
The multi-axis motion linkage of the cutting machine controls the cutting head to achieve complex cutting trajectories.
The naming of each axis in the cutting station: longitudinal movement X-axis, horizontal movement Y-axis, vertical movement Z-axis, cutting head rotation A-axis, cutting head swing C-axis.
Each motion axis and external axis of the cutting machine have mechanical zero point positioning. Each motion axis coordinate has an origin, and adopts full closed-loop processing of absolute encoder servo motor. The control system collects position data in real time to feedback and record the stroke to ensure the positioning accuracy of the machine tool.
